Images of early April

Spring brings fog. Elaine and I embark on a hike around the local trails to see what's dry, and what's not. Biking season's a bit off in these parts still.

Serene looking, but we had just spent the past ten minutes chucking massive logs into the lake. Super mature, no?

And then it dumped! 20 plus inches. Couldn't drive, so we headed out the caboose for a first descent of the Conger Mine/Pitzer Woodlot 1/4 mile from home.
