Prepping for ski season

Time to get serious about getting fit for ski season. No better and quicker way to jump start the system than riding a big climb in the early morning with trails back down. The 5:45 am wake up call is a bit harsh, but the benefits are many: crisp air, red sunrises, amber moonsets, strong legs and lungs and a happy soul.
